Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the original packaging.
Package and Ship
Place the unworn shoes inside their original shoe box, then place that box inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
